Think Tank

Now more than ever, this country needs an independent academic think tank. The period we are living through is probably the most crucial one facing Spain since democracy was introduced. For this reason, we believe that Fedea´s role is more important and relevant than ever before.

• Promoting, supporting and explaining the structural reforms required to modernise our country once and for all, and helping carry out the economic transition which would position us in the group of the most advanced countries in Europe.
• Addressing social issues from a rigorous and objective viewpoint, providing proof and disdaining demagogy. Unfortunately, high unemployment and an increase in inequality are problems that will remain with us for some time.
• Conveying an independent and credible image abroad of Spain and its strengths.
